QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL

The total Quality Management System is established, documented and maintained to ensure product compliance with specific requirements in accordance with SABS ISO 9002: Code of Practice.

Quality is controlled by means of a comprehensive Quality Control Plan for all contracts denoting Hold, Surveillance and Test requirements.

All non-destructive testing (e.g. R.T; U.T; M.P.I; D.P.I; Hardness Testing) is sub-contracted to an approved NDE contractor.

All measuring instruments are calibrated in accordance with National and International Standards at a National Calibration Service approved laboratory.
